Lang Marsh
From 1995 to 2000, Lang Marsh served as Director of the Oregon State Department of Environmental Quality. From 1983 to 1995 he was Commissioner and Executive Deputy Commissioner of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. He directed the Government Law Center at Albany Law School, a research and educational institute that concentrates on issues affecting state and local government in New York. Lang is a member of the Board of Directors of the Environmental Law Institute, Washington, D.C.
Susan Brody
Susan Brody is a private consultant working in the areas of transportation, land use, and collaborative problem solving. Susan served as Executive Director of the State of Oregon's Dispute Resolution Commission from April 1999 through April 2002. Prior to that, she held a number of positions in state and local government, including Director of the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development and Planning Director for the City of Eugene. She also served for eight years as Vice Chair of the Oregon Transportation Commission. Susan has a master's degree in city planning form M.I.T, a master's degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a bachelor's degree in political science from Reed College.
Pam Curtis
Pam Curtis is the Assistant Director for Planning at the Center for Evidence-based Policy. Prior to joining the Center staff, Pam served as a policy advisor to two-term Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber on children's and human services issues. She authored the Governor's initiatives on juvenile crime prevention and early childhood services. Pam serves as a consultant to public entities in applied public policy and public policy mediation, and specializes in planning, group facilitation and mediation, and policy development.
